Birthabilty Refund and Exchange Policy -

Birthability only offers refunds if we cancel the course or workshop. If you are scheduled to attend one of our courses and you have the baby before you are able to attend class, in which case we will refund your class fees.  However, you must be no more than 36 weeks pregnant on the date of the course you booked in for.

If you are unable to attend a course, you may request to book in for another course date (space permitting), prior to the start of the class or workshop.

Exchanges requested after the start of the class or workshop will not be granted.

Once the course has started, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

Private Session Cancellation Policy  - 

If you must cancel your private session, we request a minimum of 24 hrs notice. If you cancel within 24 hrs or less, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.

Appointments that are immediately rescheduled will not incur any fees.

All information discussed in Private sessions are strictly kept private and confidential.

Birthability Privacy Policy -

All information provided to Birthability is kept private and never shared. Personal information and email addresses will never be shared with other parties. We will not disclose any information unless you have given your express consent for us to do so.

Privacy and confidentiality are always maintained with regards to your session(s) and classes.
